Women in the Dr. Muthulakshmi Reddy Maternity program will also receive government funds. Based on the stages of pregnancy, the amount is divided into several installments.

• Pregnant women are required to pay Rs.2000 prior to 12 weeks of pregnancy.
• In the third month of the contract, the second installment will be paid in the amount of Rs. 2000.
• The third installment will be due once the baby is four months old, but, as always, it depends on the gestational age.
• After the fourth month, there will be a fifth installment of Rs.2000/-.
• Five thousand rupees is disbursed to the beneficiary after delivery.
• A government hospital must deliver the baby for the beneficiary to be eligible to receive the benefit.
• It is the government’s policy to offer the child the sixth installment of Rs. 4000 once he has been vaccinated with OPA, ROTA, PENTA, and two doses of IPV.
• After the final measles-Rubella vaccine, the seventh installment will be paid of Rs. 2000.

According to the Tamil Nadu government, early registration under the PICME scheme helps women get their child’s birth certificate faster.

• Passbook copy from the bank.
• Identification card of the applicant
• The passport
• The ration card
• Card bearing the Aadhaar number
• License for driving
• Card MGNREGS for jobs

4. Provide the following information: the pregnant mother’s name, address, Aadhaar number, preferred date, and other details.
5. Once you’ve selected a time slot, you’ll need to connect with the village health nurse.
6. Complete the form by entering your email address and active mobile number.
7. You will receive an OTP code on your registered mobile number after you select generate OTP.
8. A captcha code must be entered after the OTP code.
9. Complete the process by rechecking the information and clicking the save button.
